ok today training we managed 2 do
200 push-upsomg that is a lot ok
if u want d break down here it is.
60 for xl add to
60 for our own push up we own add to
40 of pt push up add to
40 of campus circuit.
YES CAMPUS CIRCUITwe ran d campus run while doing circuit training.
it is damn shiok lah.
my body feel damn weak now. haha.

charmaine!!!!!!!!!
omg charmaine came leh. d blue moon has finally appeared

then there was d trust game.
we were blindfolded and had 2 do some action.

i had 2 go 2 a running position and shout out 'i am a sexy runner'
aft that i heard cailing and jamie laughter
next i had 2 be d pole for jamie, cai ling and lei ting.

grind with jl. OMG!!!!!!!

all in all it was a great training.
